Consumers have so many poor experiences with contractors and vendors it is refreshing to do business with people we can respect and trust. I would certainly be happy to recommend you product and service to prospective clients as well as family and friends. Take my word for it when I tell you that is not something I am comfortable doing with most products/service providers.

He made sure I knew how to work the windows and tried to help me find new shutters. He had to reinstall the old ones due to the unfortunate weird size of mine it will take a little longer to find new ones, if I had been able to find new ones he was willing to hand the new ones for me.

Jim, I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the work your guys did in installing our new windows and getting rid of those rotten Pella's. They worked under some very sever weather conditions and did it with minimal interruption to our home life and were so considerate of the home surroundings during their work.

 

This time of year we were somewhat concerned about disturbing the house for Christmas. However, they took great care in the work they did, as if it were their own home, as well as, an absolute minimum mess. When they left the job, it was as though they had never been here as far as dirt and mess of the job was concerned.

 

Of course we have become accustomed to this from previous jobs you folks have done for us, but we are still impressed by it, as well as, with your great support of all that your firm does. This is the reason we keep returning to Bushey's when we need work done. It is also nice the way you kept us informed along the way and doing what you said you are going to do when you said you are going to it. We recommend you to all our friends.

We recently purchased replacement windows for our home from Bushey's. We would like to congratulate Bushey's on an outstanding staff. We were impressed with all of the individuals (sales, installation, etc.) we worked with throughout the whole process. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All my questions/request were responded to in a timely manner. We were especially impressed with the installation crew. Not only did they do a wonderful job removing the old windows and installing the new ones, they kept the work area (inside and out) cleaned up as they worked. We did not have any mess to clean up once everyone left. In addition, when we found a few problems in the wood finish on some of the windows, your men came out to make the repairs within a few days. All of this made the whole process a lot less 'painful' than it could have been and the new windows are beautiful. We would not hesitate to do business with your company again and would gladly recommend Bushey's to others.

Normally I only write letter complaining about something. Yesterday my wife was cleaning our windows and one of the upper windows came "undone." Both of us tried to put this window back in the frame. After MANY attempts we gave up and had to call your office. (these windows were installed by your people probably ten years ago.)

 

Your office said that someone would be out by early afternoon.

 

Well, you were right! Mr. Kent Keuneke came and in no time had the window back in place. Mr. Keuneke was the initial installer! THis is service that does not go without thanks.

 

Again, please see that this man sees that we really appreciated his unnecessary service call.

I am so very happy with my windows... it makes the room look so wonderful... I had a dinner party here last night and everyone thought it looked great... Two of my friends are contractors and they were very impressed with the workmanship. They are very picky, so this is a big compliment.

 

The workmen were great... everything was perfect when they left... no dust, no remnants and the windows were sparkling clean.
